World Cup Chain is an ultra-scalable, interoperable, fast-finality Ethereum blockchain designed for Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup, developed on Proof-of-Stake. It's compatible with the Cosmos SDK on top of Tendermint Core consensus engine. The structure allows developers of Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup to have all the features of Ethereum, while also benefiting from Tendermint’s PoS implementation. Additionally, it is able to exchange value with the rest of the Cosmos Ecosystem through the Inter Blockchain Communication Protocol (IBC).
