aims to structure the petshop world we are accustomed to on the online platform under the name Cocker Market and to

establish an interactive ecosystem that circulates between buyers, sellers and investors.

Cocker Market will officially start its service in Turkey in August 2021. Its purpose is to gather the world of petshops in

Turkey under a single roof, providing shopping between buters and sellers with low commissions. Cocker Market will not

charge store fees for petshops that operate officially and are paying taxes. On the contrary, it will give those stores the

opportunity to sell their products easily with low commissions. With this way, Cocker will become a preferred platform in

the market. Cocker Market will make regular donations to stray animals with a portion of company revenues, and will

provide food support to shelters and treatment support to contracted veterinarians. Cocker Market will support the Cocker

Token Project with the majority of company revenue. These will be provided by buying and burning Cocker Token, and by

advertising, etc. in the future. Once the Cocker Token reaches price stabilization on the exchange, it will be integrated into

the Cocker Market payment systems.
