This function is intended to encourage people to buy and hold FlokiGloki, as well as it will punish those who intend to sell early, every time there is a sell order, FlokiGloki will deduct a fee, and use it to buy it back immediately later. When combined with the Anti-Dump feature, it makes for a great system:

- Buy Fees:

* 3% to locked LP

* 5% redistribution to all holders

- Sell Fees: (From your last purchase date)

* Within 6 hours: 15% tax (12% Buy back, 3% Redistribution)

* Within 12 hours: 10% tax (8% Buy back, 2% Redistribution)

For each buy transaction, we will limit the maximum number of tokens that can be purchased on a single transaction. Along with that, we will also limit the number of tokens 1 person can hold, specifically as follows:
